Trades Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced Grader Roller Multi Skilled Operator's for a 6-week remote road construction project in Birdsville, QLD.

About the Role
You'll be working on a major road construction project, operating a Final Trim Grader with precision and efficiency. Experience operating Rollers and holding an MC Truck Licence are highly desirable and will be considered favorably.

Duties include:

• Operating a Final Trim Grader to meet production and quality targets
• Pre-start checks, daily maintenance, and general equipment care
• Operating other plant as required (e.g. Roller)
• Collaborating with site teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Complying with all WHS and environmental protocols

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating a Final Trim Grader
• Proven background in civil or road construction projects
• Roller experience highly desirable
• MC Truck Licence highly regarded
• Construction White Card
• HR or higher-class licence
• A strong safety-first attitude and excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to work and live in a remote location for the project duration 6 weeks
