Seen by Dashing (Seen Technology Pty Ltd) is a technology-driven visual communication company, utilising world-leading technologies. Seen delivers integrated, innovative digital signage solutions to enable effective communication with customers and staff. Products include retail digital displays, LED screens, digital menu boards, interactive displays, and outdoor digital displays.

Reporting to the Director Technical Services, the Project Manager is responsible for delivery of solutions to clients, ensuring new installations are implemented on time and to our client's satisfaction.

This is a diverse role involving implementation of new digital signage in client locations across multiple territories in conjunction with Seen's suppliers and customers.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of Project Management & IT hardware skills and a good knowledge of AV. The work is predominantly office based with some fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordination of digital signage installations (liaising with clients, scheduling installers, organising equipment)

Oversee and monitor the progress of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and to a high standard

Equipment specification and sourcing for some projects

Ensure a cost management focus so these services are provided as cost effectively as possible

Onsite implementation and commissioning for some projects

Liaising with clients in a pre and post-implementation role

Maintaining appropriate documentation to facilitate implementation and ongoing maintenance

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

The ideal candidate would have:

Experience in Project Management or delivery in AV, digital signage or related IT area. Industry experience is an advantage but not necessary - we are looking for someone with the right attitude and transferable skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience is required.

Tertiary qualification preferred however relevant experience would be considered favourably

Excellent written and verbal communication

Excellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills

Experience with MS desktop software

Personal initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player

High attention to detail
