We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Web Developer to join our team full-time

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

Strong technical foundation in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Proficiency with WordPress/WooCommerce or equivalent e-commerce platforms.

Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON)

Skilled in analysing, debugging, and optimising code.

Strong organisational skills with experience in documenting processes.

Collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.

Code Development and Analysis: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

Plugin Management and Updates: Oversee plugin stability, testing, and updates to ensure system compatibility.

System Stability and Reporting: Monitor site performance and stability, preparing regular health and risk reports.

CPanel / MySQL / DB optimisation – bonus points but not critical

The Role Involves

Website Development: Build, maintain, and enhance websites using modern web technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, REST API and JavaScript.

Front-End Design: Implement clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.

Back-End Integration: Collaborate on server-side logic and database integration to ensure dynamic functionality and data accuracy.

Optimization: Ensure all websites are fast, secure, and optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

Quality Assurance: Test, troubleshoot, and debug issues to ensure consistent functionality across browsers and platforms.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends, recommending tools and best practices to enhance our digital presence.
