👷‍♂️ We're Hiring:

1️⃣ Apprentices (1st – 4th Year)

Perfect if you’re keen to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

What you’ll need:

Driver's licence (you’ll be driving the company truck)

Tools are a bonus, but not essential

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

2️⃣ Wood-machinist/CNC + Edgebander Operator – Factory Worker

Hands-on role in the factory building detailed custom joinery.

Must-haves:

Trade qualification (not essential)

Experience with high-end residential joinery

Own tools preferred

Forklift licence is a must

💰 Pay: $35/hour

3️⃣ Tradesman – Onsite Installer

Install finished joinery in some of Sydney’s top homes.

What we’re looking for:

Trade qualified with proven install experience

Must have your own tools and licence

Excellent presentation and communication — you’ll be client-facing

High attention to detail is a must

💰 Pay: $40/hour

4️⃣ Cabinet Vision Drafter

This is a key role in our growing team for someone with experience in drafting and hands-on joinery.

You’ll be responsible for:

Producing detailed shop drawings

Creating factory and install-ready plans

Generating accurate cutting lists for CNC

Communicating with both factory and site teams

Requirements:

Experience with Cabinet Vision

Background in high-end joinery (factory and site)

Strong computer skills

Team player who can work from our Wetherill Park office

💰 Salary: $90K–$120K depending on experience
