Are you a compassionate, reliable and dedicated caregiver who takes pride in supporting older Australians to live with dignity, comfort and respect? Tully Nursing Home Inc, a 72-bed residential aged care facility located in beautiful Far North Queensland, is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our friendly and professional team.

We are a 24/7 facility offering permanent part-time and full-time positions, with a variety of shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights.

As a PCA, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, meals and emotional wellbeing. You’ll work closely with our nursing and allied health teams to ensure every resident receives the best possible care in a safe, respectful and supportive environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification, NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), current First Aid and CPR, and ideally one year of experience in residential aged care.
