Position Details
- Part Time Permanent Position Available (0.8 FTE)
- Classification: SCHADS Level 6 with a salary range of $110,221 - $115,102 per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation
- Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year
- Location: Burswood Office, WA
About your new role
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and development of the Program. The Service Manager will work collaboratively with partners to develop and improve the overall service response to consumers. The Manager will also undertake a key role in service development, including ongoing evaluation and review of service outcomes.
The Service Manager works closely with the Senior Manager Operations to support the management and operation of the Program(s).

What you will bring to the role
- Formal tertiary qualification in a related field and/or experience working in a relevant setting.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and empower team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to establish respectful professional relationships that have clear boundaries with consumers, staff and partner organisations
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and to prioritise multiple tasks to meet conflicting deadlines
- Experience working within program speciality
- Strong computer literacy and written communication skills
What the role requires
- National Criminal History Check (police check) - disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check - required before commencement of work
- Australian working rights
- A valid driver's licence
