Storeman required for a 6 month contract role

State Government site based in Altona North is seeking a reliable and motivated Storeman to join their growing team.
If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this 6 month contract role is for you!

Your new role

- Receive, check, and store incoming goods.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.

- Use computers and company software
- 8am - 4.30pm Mon to Frid

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a warehouse or storeman role (preferred).
- Forklift licence (LF).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management

- Able to undergo and pass a police check

What you'll get in return

- Competitive salary $65,000 - $75,000 + Super)
