About The Role
We are currently looking for staff to join our team based in Monbulk, Victoria. The available roles include:

Picker & Packers

Bouquet Makers

Factory All Rounders

Warehouse Workers

We have Permanent and Casual positions available, typical shifts are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (sometimes earlier starts/late finishes are needed and weekend shifts do occur for events). You will have a hands-on approach to your work, enjoy working as part of a team , take pride in your work and will have an opportunity to build or begin your career in a key Victorian industry.

Required Experience/Skills/Capabilities:

Experience working with perishable goods is an advantage but not necessary

Experience in fast paced team environments is highly regarded

Must have reliable transport to be able to travel to and from Monbulk

Enthusiasm and will to learn with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Proactive with positive attitude and enjoys challenges

Excellent communication skills written and verbal

Flexibility of hours during our busy periods (Christmas lead-in, Valentine's Day & Mother's Day)

Some roles require lifting 20kgs, standing for long periods and working in cool rooms

Experience of using computers, Microsoft Office and other systems required for some roles
