About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of Australia's largest health system by joining the statewide NSW Health Deployment Program in the Central Resource Unit (CRU).
We are looking for a Pharmacist Grade 2 to provide high quality clinical pharmacy services to patients and their families/carers, to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for patients of the service.
Where you'll be working
The Pharmacist workforce will be deployed to locations across NSW Health from anywhere between two to 13 weeks to support short-term staffing needs. You will have the flexibility to work for short periods of time, with the opportunity to stay longer and work across a variety of health settings when on deployment.

Targeted Questions:
Please outline the background, qualifications and skills that make you a good choice to be a clinician in our team including current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (Ahpra) as a Pharmacist.
- Tell us your approach to a clinical situation where you didn’t have an immediate answer and how you developed your response.
- Outline your approach to juggling the different needs and priorities of clinicians and patients in a regional health setting.
- Current drivers’ licence with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW which will include overnight stays in regional / remote areas. These deployments will make up the majority of your time in the position.

HSSG is a unit of the Public Health System Support Division of the Health Administration Corporation (HAC).
