The Opportunity

This role is perfect for a Property or Construction Lawyer who’s ready to step away from billable hours and into a dynamic in-house environment. Working closely with a supportive Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to a wide variety of legal and commercial matters across the business — from drafting and negotiating contracts, to advising senior stakeholders and managing external legal providers.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly while identifying and mitigating legal risks. This is a collaborative, family-oriented culture that values your input, supports your professional growth, and respects your time outside work.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll bring:

• At least 1–3 years’ PAE in property, construction, or development law.
• Proficiency in Mandarin / Chinese (both written and verbal) – essential for stakeholder communication.
