About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Chair-side Nurse to join our dynamic team at DR Dental South Yarra clinic. This part-time (leading to full time) role is crucial in supporting our dentists and providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Chair-side Nurse & Hygiene Assistant, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, contributing to the overall success of the practice.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the senior clinician during cosmetic/reconstructive procedures and ensuring a clean and organised work environment

Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments according to infection control protocols

Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary materials and supplies are readily available

Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming patients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

What we're looking for

Formal qualification as a Dental Chair-side Nurse (Cert 3)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently

Proficient in maintaining patient records and adhering to infection control protocols

A caring and empathetic attitude, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality patient care
