About the Role
Join our dedicated Mental Health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of consumers on their journey to recovery. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care and support to individuals across a range of clinical settings. Working within the framework of the National Mental Health Policy and National Standards, you’ll deliver comprehensive nursing care, education, counselling and group work, all directed toward helping consumers achieve their optimal health and wellbeing.
As a valued member of our team, you’ll be supported to grow your professional skills and confidence through ongoing development and experience. You’ll play an active role in care coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration, while also contributing to a positive, learning-focused environment. Whether you’re developing your practice as an RN1 or consolidating your leadership and clinical expertise as an RN2, this role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care that truly makes a difference.

About You
You’re a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse who brings clinical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to recovery-focused care. You thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, providing leadership, support and high-quality nursing services to consumers, carers and colleagues alike.
Qualified & registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate and postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
Experienced clinician with strong assessment, care planning, and therapeutic intervention skills, delivering safe and effective mental health nursing care.
Collaborative communicator who builds positive relationships with consumers, carers, and multidisciplinary teams while promoting participation and empowerment.
Professional & proactive leader who demonstrates initiative, sound judgement, and a commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and recovery-oriented practice.
