To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Qualifications and Registration – Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
Clinical Competence – Proven experience and confidence in nursing practice, with sound knowledge of healthcare standards, quality systems, and relevant legislation.
Collaboration and Communication – Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively and diplomatically within a multidisciplinary team.
Adaptability and Care – A flexible and innovative approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy, accountability, and a commitment to consumer and family-centred service delivery.
