We welcome applicants who are passionate about inclusion, equity, and student wellbeing. Our ideal team members bring empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people. Teachers, learning support officers, wellbeing professionals, and administrators who thrive in small, collaborative environments , and who see every interaction as an opportunity to connect and inspire, will find Allegra a rewarding place to work.
