• Generalist HR knowledge with an applied ability to learn relevant legislation, industrial and contemporary HR frameworks, HR policies, processes and practices and the ability to apply these in a complex organisational environment.
• Demonstrated experience providing HR business partnering via a values-based, client-centric consultancy model while gathering material, assessing findings, and developing strategies in response to diverse client needs within a complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience or ability leading a team of HR professionals, with a focus on capability uplift and effective and efficient service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level HR advice and designing solution-focused interventions that meet clients' needs.
• High level consultative and relationship management skills and the capacity to establish, influence and maintain effective working relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to build rapport and interact with clients to influence and negotiate solution-focused outcomes that meet business needs.
