We're looking for an experienced casual Fitter and turner to help grow our business with the option down the track to become full time if desired.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair machinery for commercial and industrial clients, with a focus on production lines.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, utilizing strong fault-finding skills to ensure minimal downtime.

Read and interpret schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and troubleshooting.

Perform installations and assist in projects, ensuring safe and timely completion.

Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including service reports and materials used

Flexibility to work overtime, shift work, and weekends as required to meet business needs.

Travel across the Barossa Valley and surrounding areas to service various job sites.

Requirements:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.

Willingness to work outside of your field as a fitter and turner and assist with electrical work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical faults effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility to work overtime, shift work, and weekends as needed.

Valid electrical license

Valid driver’s license

Hand tools
