We have an opportunity for an educator to join our OSHC team supporting and engaging with the children who attend the programs.

You will need to be available to work between 6.30 & 8.45 am & 2.45-6.00pm Monday to Friday during school term and longer hours during school holidays.

Familiarity with MTOP and experience working with school-aged children is preferred.

AVAILABLE POSITION
Part time educator (qualified or unqualified)
Part time educator (6 months maternity leave cover with possible extension)

Supervise and support a group of primary aged children

Prepare and serve healthy food options
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
Nurture a positive environment for learning and enriching play-based educational experiences

WHAT YOU NEED
*****Current Driver's license and a Car*****
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willing to obtain
Current Child protection certificate or willing to obtain
Ability to pass a National Police Check.
Current Working with Children card

DESIRABLE
ACECQA approved qualification for OSHC or Working towards (50% completed)

HOURS OF WORK
BSC 6.30 - 8.45am
ASC 2.45 - 6.00pm
VAC various shifts between 6.30 am & 6.00pm
Split shift allowance paid.
We have been approved for the 10% workers retention grant.

WHAT WE OFFER
Support from a dedicated Educational Leader and OSHC Manager to help guide you in the role. Ongoing paid professional training and support, paid team meetings. Non-contact hours for completing documentation.
