The Opportunity

As the Project Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of business, tech, and change, helping deliver a broad range of initiatives that improve how the organisation works.

You’ll manage everything from discovery to delivery, partnering closely with senior leads across applications, data and operations. Projects could range from app rollouts to integration work, infrastructure upgrades, or process redesigns that make teams more connected and efficient.

You’ll report directly into a highly experienced senior leader, someone who is excellent at what they do and will provide guidance and insight while giving you the autonomy to own your projects and deliver real outcomes. This is ideal for someone who loves to get stuck in and bring clarity where things feel complex.

What You'll Do

You’ll take ownership of a range of technology and process improvement projects that connect systems, streamline operations, and enable better service delivery across the organisation. You’ll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to turn strategy into action and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Lead and deliver technology and process improvement projects aligned to strategic goals

Work across business areas from discovery and stakeholder engagement through to delivery and handover

Map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design practical, people-focused solutions

Coordinate with senior leads in applications, data, and operations to align priorities and ensure smooth delivery

Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and communications, keeping stakeholders engaged and informed

Ensure projects complement other major change initiatives, including system consolidation and technology upgrades

Be a trusted partner who simplifies complexity, connects people and systems, and delivers results that stick

Solid experience in project management and/or business analysis within transformation environments and tech operations

Proven track record of delivering technology-enabled change from scoping through to go-live

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you know how to bring people along for the journey

Experience working across applications and integrations

Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure where it doesn’t yet exist

A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on outcomes and collaboration
