We are looking to take onboard 1-2 Graduate Physiotherapists specifically to join our Graduate Program.

How we will help you:

Structured Training Program: Hands on techniques, exercise prescription, how to structure rehabilitation programs, how to fill your diary as a graduate physiotherapist!

You will actually see patients! You won't be tucked away doing Work Capacity assessments and Insurance paperwork - you will gain hands on experience in a busy clinic!

We are a busy clinic, so you will gain a varied experience and expedite your growth as a physiotherapist.

Structured salaried role in your first year, progressing to a salary base with commission incentives as you progress through your career. We want to keep you for the long term, so will invest strongly in your development.

About Our Clinic:

Manual therapy and exercise based clinic. You won't be tucked in a GP consult room - each of our facilities have an on-site gym setup. You will be doing active rehab with your clients.

Cable machines, kettlebells, barbells, Clinical Pilates - we have a strength focus. Not basic theraband exercises, but actual strenuous exercise to improve the capacity of our clients in their rehabilitation.

We are highly rehabilitation focused - and are best suited for a Physiotherapist with experience in Strength and Conditioning, but this is not required. We will put you through a Strength and Conditioning L1 course.

Hours of Work:

We are looking for a Full-Time Physiotherapist. There would be a staggered start over your initial 4 weeks whilst we complete our onboarding, but with the expectation you will be full time at the 4 week mark.

Pay and Renumeration:

We believe in fair opportunity for Physiotherapists as staff, and have thus maintained our staff for a long time. Your first year is a salaried position. We do not have large client load expectations with our graduates - you should be focusing on development and not seeing 60 clients/week.

After this point - you will still receive an increased base rate, but your renumeration has commission incentives, where you are rewarded for being a high achiever!
