About the role

We’re seeking a skilled Joinery Drafter to produce accurate, high-quality shop drawings using CabMaster software. You'll work closely with our project managers and production team to bring custom joinery designs to life—on time and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

· Produce detailed joinery shop drawings using CabMaster software

· Interpret architectural and interior design plans and translate them into production-ready drawings

· Liaise with project managers and factory staff to ensure accurate detailing and smooth production workflow

· Review and update drawings to accommodate site conditions and client feedback

· Assist with material take-offs and hardware specification when required

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Joinery Drafter

· Strong proficiency with CabMaster software

· Solid understanding of joinery construction, materials, and manufacturing processes

· Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design documentation

· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

· Strong communication skills and a proactive team mindset
