Are you a machine operator with tickets and looking for a new opportunity while still being hands on?

You will be working within the Brisbane City Council, Asphalt and Aggregates branch. As part of the team, you will be working on projects on site based out of our Eagle Farm depot.

About your new role:

The variety of this role will expand across but not limited to the following labouring tasks

• Operate a Front End Loader, Skid Steer
• Unload deliveries - operate Forklift for bigger deliveries
• Work as a team to keep Asphalt plant up and running
• Keep machines well maintained and fix up if needed
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
• Be keen to learn other skills of plant operations

What you will need to exceed:

We are looking for asphalt labourers with experience or in a similar field services role. A strong sense of teamwork, a commitment to safety and ensuring all work is conducted according to safety procedures and guidelines.

• Current C Class license & own vehicle required
• Work safety in the Construction Industry (White Card)
• Front end loader and/or Skid Steer ticket required
• Forklift license required
• MR/HR license desirable
