About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and versatile Interior Designer to join our creative and collaborative team. This is a multi-faceted role that combines design, customer service, digital content creation, and project coordination.

You'll play a key role in shaping customer experiences — from concept design and 3D modelling through to project documentation and client selections. You'll also help showcase our work online through website updates and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

Create concept drawings, 3D models, and presentation images using SketchUp.

Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.

Assist Directors and clients with ad hoc design requirements.

Guide clients through the design and selections process with confidence and care.

Develop schedules that clearly capture all project specifications and finishes.

Client & Project Coordination

Conduct client meetings to support project development and selections.

Maintain regular communication with clients via email and phone.

Contribute to a positive and smooth customer journey from start to finish.

Digital Content & Website

Update the website with completed projects and company news.

Upload and schedule social media content, including reels and stories, to showcase ongoing and completed work.

Supplier & Product Knowledge

Liaise with suppliers and attend product presentations to stay current with trends and materials.

Apply updated product knowledge to client recommendations and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in SketchUp (essential); layout experience highly regarded.

Understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction methods (essential)

Experience creating design concepts, 3D renders, and working drawings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

A good eye for detail and a genuine passion for interior design.

Comfortable using social media platforms like Instagram for professional content.
