With a modern showroom & office to support your work and client meetings, we have an opportunity for a full-time person to join our team and be a part of our growth.

As a seasoned veteran, you thrive in a busy environment, you work autonomously or within a team, employ excellent time management skills and have an appetite for personal growth. Your clear focus on delivering results on time, being customer centric as an efficient designer sees you take pride in your accuracy and design/ construction documentation.

You are a natural communicator with a proven track record in Kitchen/ Bathroom/ Joinery Design & Sales. As a sales gun you value qualified leads to do in-home & in-showroom design presentations for Kitchen/ Bathroom projects. Walking our clients through the design, quotation and documentation process, finishing in a build Contract. This would see you work closely with our in house Designers and documentation team in this valued fast paced and rewarding opportunity.

With 3+ years of proven design and/or sales experience in the Kitchen/ Bathroom space you have the confidence to consult either in Showroom or in-home, from providing concept ideas through to full detailed construction documentation. (ArchiCAD being our preferred software) Managing and nurturing the client experience at each step of the way, from initial enquiry, design presentations, selections, documentation and finally handing it over to our experienced Construction team.

The right candidate will assist us with developing improvements within our design team and be supported by a Detailer, Design Manager and Sales Manager, whom are all focused on your success.

To prove your success in the role you will need to show your successful track record with 3+ years in a similar role, specifically in the Kitchen/ Bathroom Design or In-home Sales space.

Part-time/ Full-time/ Contractor will be considered. Remuneration and package negotiable for the right candidate.
