About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic Miss Mi team at Novotel Perth Murray Street.

What You'll Do
Lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest experiences genuine, heartfelt hospitality.
Supervise restaurant operations across lunch and dinner, ensuring smooth and memorable service.
Support and inspire your team, helping them grow in confidence and capability.
Recruit, train, and welcome new team members, fostering a culture of care and excellence.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Uphold Miss Mi's high standards of presentation, professionalism, and guest connection.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar supervisory role.
A guest-first mindset and a flair for creating memorable experiences.
Confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced, contemporary dining environment.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
RSA and Approved Manager certifications (essential). Food Safety certificate or willingness to obtain one preferred.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Cocktail or barista experience is a plus — a genuine passion for food and flavour is essential.
Must have Australian work rights or valid visa with work entitlements.
