At Road and Earth Diesel Field Services, we’re not your average workshop. We’re a close-knit team of good people who take our work seriously—but never ourselves. We have fun, show up for each other, and rip in together on all sorts of machinery, with a focus on trucks and heavy earthmoving gear.

If you’re a qualified diesel fitter or experienced truck or earthmoving mechanic who wants to work somewhere you’re respected, where no two days are the same, and where the laughs are just as important as the tools—you’ll fit right in here.

What You’ll Be Doing

· • Servicing and maintaining trucks, trailers, and heavy earthmoving equipment

· • Major component rebuilds and repairs

· • Fault finding and diagnostics (we’ve got all the right gear)

· • Working both in the field and in our fully equipped workshop

What We’re Looking For

· • A qualified diesel fitter (or equivalent experience in truck/earthmoving mechanics)

· • At least 1–2 years’ experience in the field

· • Manual driver’s licence (truck licence a bonus)

· • Own tools, solid communication, and a strong work ethic

· • Someone who values teamwork, is up for a challenge, and doesn’t mind a good laugh

· • Able to pass drug and alcohol screening if required
