What you’ll do:
Working across all sections of the kitchen, you will be responsible for working with your Team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites. Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.
Opportunities for fulltime roaming, casual and Chef's specializing in Chinese cuisine on offer
Work across all sections of our kitchens
Responsible for providing the highest level of food service
What you bring:
To be successful, you’ll need;
Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery
Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required
FIFO Chef experience highly desirable
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Ability to work well under pressure
