We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Fitter to join our Adelaide team who will contribute to the success of our branch by driving high standards and efficiency in the field.

About the Role

· Based out of our Adelaide branch and working with a team of Technicians, across South Australia

· Responsible for testing and servicing and fire protection systems in the area. You will be delivering excellence, whilst exceeding customer expectations, and predominantly working with commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities of the role:

· Identify, service and repair, fire protection safety systems and equipment.

· Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including handheld technology.

· Participate in stock takes and be responsible for inventory management.

· Complete reports.

· Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.

About You

· Experience as a qualified Sprinkler Fitter with Special Hazards, working in the Fire Protection Industry

· Up-to-date product and industry knowledge, and an understanding of where to locate the relevant information.

· A sound knowledge AS1851, AS2118, AS2419, AS2941

· A technical or engineering competency with the ability to complete identified company, industry and occupational training and accreditation.

· A great attitude and willingness to deliver a high standard of work for our client base.

· The ability to use field service information technology applications to complete service job cards.

· Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)

· Current driver’s licence

· Extinguishing Agent Handling License (EAHL)

· Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.

· Ability to work an on-call roster
