The Tradies & Quality Hotel Dickson are looking for casual customer service attendants to join our team.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team as Customer Service Attendants with Fulltime, Partime and Casual postions available. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a supportive, values-driven organisation.

You'll be working across different areas of the club, with a focus on delivering excellent service to our members and guests.

Have broad availability, including weekends, early mornings and late nights

Essential Skills

Availability to work late nights (up to 4:30 am)

Excellent customer service skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Good organisation and time management

Calm and adaptable under pressure

Excellent communication and personal presentation

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

Hospitality or Club Experience

Gaming machine attendant experience

Food Handling certificate

Current RSA/RCG
