Synaco by Synergie Recruitment is partnered with one of Australia's largest leading waste management companies, seeking experienced HR multi systems driver to join our fun team!

Location: Northgate, Narangba and south Brisbane

A temporary to permanent position, you are casually working 40-50 hour weeks from Monday to Friday hours with view of overtime on Sat or Sun (based on performance, reliability etc).

This is an autonomous role, safely operating company collection vehicles and equipment in line with the company procedures and protocols. You are competent in completing daily pre-starts and maintenance checks. Tasks involved are delivering product loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities, loading and unloading the truck and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate vehicles and equipment in line with company regulations, training, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation, both inside and out.
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Operate the lifting equipment to safely complete loading and unloading duties for commercial and industrial waste.
• Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence (Australia) or Class 4 Licence (New Zealand) as a minimum.

Ideal Candidate:

• Physically fit with the ability to perform tasks such as pushing and pulling of bins.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Commitment to safety in all tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

A temp to perm position with a starting rate of $41.21 up to $47.31 plus penalties.
