We’re looking for an Driver Operator to join our Pinkenba team. You’ll be operating state of the art equipment and supporting project delivery across Brisbane and beyond. This is a long-term role with great pay, training, and travel opportunities.

The role:

• Operate and maintain mobile concrete batch plants
• Drive to site, manage mixing/dispensing, pre-starts & washouts
• Assist with yard maintenance & manual tasks
• Occasional travel projects
• Hours: 38+ per week, 8–12 hour shifts
• Day shift: 7 AM – 3 PM (with flexibility)
• Night shift: Midnight starts (may require arriving earlier as needed)

What you’ll need:

• HR licence (HC a bonus)
• Concrete/construction or machinery background (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude, physically fit, and willing to learn
• Forklift/Excavator ticket highly regarded but not essential
