With our new state-of-the-art office in West Perth, we’re looking for a Technology Alignment Manager (Level 3 / ICT Manager) to join our dynamic team. This is a Perth based position and cannot be done remotely.

The Role

This Level 3 / ICT Manager role is ideal for someone with strong networking, cybersecurity, and compliance expertise. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their IT environments align with industry best practices, security frameworks (including Essential Eight), and compliance requirements such as ISO 27001 and NIST. As a proactive leader, you will manage client technology roadmaps, collaborate with C-level executives, and use your technical expertise to drive continuous improvements across client environments.

This is a strategic, hands-on role that requires a blend of vCIO skills, client relationship management, and technical expertise in networking and cybersecurity.

What You’ll Do

Client Consulting: Work with C-level executives to align technology with business goals and develop and maintain client roadmaps.

Compliance & Audits: Lead technology alignment audits to ensure compliance with Essential Eight, NIST, and ISO 27001.

Cybersecurity Leadership: Manage network infrastructure, firewall configurations, endpoint security, patch management, and disaster recovery.

GRC Platforms: Leverage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms to track, manage, and report on compliance and risk management activities.

Travel: Perform regular regional travel to visit clients across WA, providing hands-on support and strategic advice.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: 5+ years in a Level 3 technical role or ICT Manager, with a focus on networking, cybersecurity, and compliance auditing.

Networking Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and network monitoring.

Cybersecurity Skills: Hands-on experience with patch management, endpoint security, disaster recovery, and compliance frameworks such as Essential Eight and NIST.

Client Engagement: Experience working with C-level executives and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

GRC Platform Knowledge: Experience with GRC platforms for compliance tracking and reporting.

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or equivalent, and ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet certifications are preferred.
