National 360 is growing in Toowoomba! Our Queensland-based teams have been delivering outreach Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to the region, and we're now excited to establish a regular, permanent presence in the community.

We're looking for passionate Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists from all levels of experience to join our expanding local team and help us continue delivering high-quality support to clients in the area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that's mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Toowoomba hub.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
  • Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
  • You have current AHPRA or SPA registration (or pending).
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in community, private, or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
