Key Responsibilities:

Prepare layouts and work with civil precast concrete products

Construct, erect, and dismantle formwork for wet concrete

Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications

Measure, cut, nail, and shape timber and other materials

Assist with steel fixing as required

Perform manual handling and general labouring duties

Monitor and maintain formwork during concrete pours

About You (Selection Criteria):

Previous labouring experience desirable

Precast concrete experience is desirable, but not necessary

Forklift and dogging tickets (high-risk work licences) desirable

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Hands-on, practical approach and ability to meet deadlines

Current and valid driver’s licence
