The Role
We're seeking reliable and experienced Labourers to join a leading precast manufacturing yard in Redhead. This is a hands-on role supporting precast panel production, assisting trades, and contributing to the smooth running of the yard.

If you have a strong work ethic, want consistent long-term work, and are looking to develop your skills in a growing business, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with precast concrete panel production

Support trades like formworkers, concreters and steelfixers

General yard and site duties, including cleaning and organisation

Follow strict safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

White Card (OHS Construction Induction) - essential

Driver's licence + reliable transport - essential

Minimum 3 years of construction labouring experience (precast experience preferred)

Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine team player

Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug & alcohol screening - essential

Monday to Friday roster, with Saturday OT available
