Shifts: Day Shifts (Monday to Friday), 6am to 2pm, 7am to 3pm or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with some flexibility around start time)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Storeperson to join our dynamic team at our warehouse in Bibra Lake.

Position Overview: We are looking for a casual Storeperson with previous experience in warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently according to order specifications.

Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.

Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and RF scanners.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Assist in the management of team members to achieve daily targets and deadlines.

Assist with other warehouse tasks as required, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and inventory counts.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Pick/Packer Storeperson or similar role in a warehouse environment.

Proficiency in using RF scanners

Valid forklift license preferred though not essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in picking and packing orders.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.

Flexibility to work day shifts (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility around start time.
