About the role

KTI is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Operations team in Canning Vale, Perth.

This is a casual role, based on work Monday to Friday with potential for full time for the right candidate and work availability. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial part in our fast-paced Operations distribution team.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating forklifts to move and handle materials and stock

Loading and unloading trucks and containers

Maintaining accurate movement of freight using RF scanners

Liase with truck drivers and team members to ensure correct loading/unloading and recording of freight

Assisting with general operation duties as required

Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Valid forklift licence and previous experience as a Forklift Operator

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safe work practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
