Where your passion meets purpose—and your career truly begins.
At Bloom Healthcare, we’re more than a workplace—we’re a movement. From two passionate founders to a 140+ strong team of multidisciplinary legends across Australia, we’ve built something special. And with over 80% staff retention year after year, we’re clearly doing something right.
Now, we’re looking for new graduates ready to make their mark.
Who We Are
We’re flipping the script on traditional healthcare. Our mission? Deliver client-first, evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming services that genuinely change lives. We believe in authentic connections, strength-based practice, and doing things better—every single day.
Our OT team is 60+ strong and growing. As a graduate, you’ll be surrounded by experienced mentors, collaborative peers, and a culture that supports your growth from day one.
The Graduate Role
This is your chance to launch your career in a place that values you—not just your qualifications.
We’re hiring graduates who will finish their degree by late 2025 or early 2026.
You don’t need to wait until graduation to connect with us—we’ll support your transition into full or part-time work as you wrap up your studies.
What you’ll be doing:
Begin your journey with a structured 3-month induction and ongoing support
Work within a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and curiosity
Deliver community-based therapy and assessments across a diverse client base
Learn the ropes of private practice and the NDIS—without compromising client care
Be part of a culture that mandates professional development (and funds it!)
Receive mentorship and supervision tailored to your goals
Grow into a confident, independent clinician with a strong support network
What You’ll Need
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (or graduating soon!)
AHPRA registration (or working towards it)
Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
A passion for paediatrics and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Great communication skills and a love for building relationships
NDIS experience is a bonus—but not essential. We’ll teach you!
