About the role

As a Sales Representative at Brisbane Automatic Gate Systems, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and converting new sales opportunities. This full-time role is based in our Cleveland office, where you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets through building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

What you'll be doing

Own a Brisbane territory: plan your week, book meetings, and run quality face‑to‑face visits

Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions using simPRO

Present tailored solutions, prepare quotes/proposals, and negotiate to close

Partner with operations to ensure smooth delivery and delighted customers

Providing regular sales performance updates and insights to management

What we're looking for

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail

Familiarity with the Automated Gate Systems industry

Proficient in using CRM software and basic Excel/Google Sheets

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team

Valid Australian driver's licence required, with a willingness to travel within Brisbane and surrounding areas for client meetings and site assessments
