Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as Senior Surveyor, with the ability to work from home. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for planning and conducting surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings to clients. You will also be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as mentoring and training junior staff members.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Spatial Surveying related field is preferable, but not required.

At least 5 years of experience in construction/engineering surveying, including some experience in cadastral surveying, and/or topographic surveying

Experience in using surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels, as well as surveying software such as 12d, BricsCAD, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Leica platforms.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word & pdf editors

Experience in mentoring and training junior staff members is a plus

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project scopes and timelines

Ability to adapt and assist with company growth and foundation
