About the company: This is a specialist surveying company that has been operating for over 60 years throughout Queensland and NSW, specialising in Building, Civil Construction & Cadastral Surveys.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Surveyor to work on a FIFO basis in a team of Surveyors in Cloncurry, QD. The projects will include civils earthworks, roads, bridges, mines, rail etc.

About the Duties:

• Reporting to the Survey Manager
• Conducting daily Surveys in the Cloncurry region
• Planning workloads
• Setting up equipment
• Carrying out monitoring and machine control
• Uploading data
• Communicating with head office and site personnel
• Working in a team and sometimes autonomously

About the Requirements:

• Formal Surveying qualifications
• Be living in or able to do FIFO to Cloncurry
• Ideally, have 3+ years’ experience
• Civil Construction and/or infrastructure survey experience
• Proficient with Total Station
• Experience of using survey software
• Be a team player as well as being able to work autonomously
• Strong communication skills
• Current drivers licence
