We’re looking for a full-time Pool Service Technician to join our Roseville-based team and help keep Sydney’s pools looking crystal clear. You’ll be on the road five days a week, servicing everything from backyard plunge pools to swanky hotel setups.

Our Sydney branch is growing fast, and we’re building a solid team of good people who take pride in their work (without taking themselves too seriously).

Whether you’re already in the trade or just a practical legend who learns quickly, this role is perfect for someone who wants to work with their hands, chat with customers, and enjoy being outdoors.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka: Stuff You’ll Get Paid For)

Servicing pools across Sydney (spoiler: no actual swimming involved)

Testing and balancing water with our easy-to-use gear

Troubleshooting equipment and swapping out faulty parts

Installing new pool gear like pumps, filters, and chlorinators

Giving friendly, helpful advice to pool owners who often have no clue

Driving between jobs in your supplied company van

Keeping simple notes and job records

Helping with pool product sales and gear upgrades

What You’ll Need to Bring

A valid Aussie driver’s licence (manual is a big plus!)

Solid English communication skills – verbal and written

A bit of initiative and the ability to work independently

Physical fitness and a willingness to get your hands dirty

Pool or trade experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you up
