The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and passionate Diploma Educator to join the team at SH Recruitment Pty Ltd' in Mordialloc.

As a Diploma Educator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children in an exceeding services environment.

Key responsibilities

Implement high-quality educational programs that promote the wellbeing, learning and development of children

Establish nurturing relationships with children and families, fostering a sense of community and belonging

Observe, document and assess children's progress, and use this information to plan engaging and age-appropriate activities

Ensure a safe, clean and stimulating environment that adheres to all relevant regulations and guidelines

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the service and contribute to the overall success of the centre

What we're looking for

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification

Demonstrated experience as a Diploma Educator in a childcare & outside school hours care setting

Minimum of 1 year experience in early childhood education is required

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

Valid Working with Children Check
