Security Officers - Westfield Southland

We are currently seeking reliable and licensed security officers to join our team on a casual basis.
As a Security Officer at Southland, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be the first point of contact in many situations - whether assisting a customer with directions, responding calmly to an incident, or supporting centre operations during busy periods.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality front-line customer service
• Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
• Monitoring safety risks and reporting incidents
• Assisting with crowd management and de-escalation
• Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures

What you'll need:

• Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control function
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
• High standard of personal presentation and customer-focused attitude
