The Chief Financial Officer role is to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the financial and accounting activities contributing to the long-term success and financial health of Jubilee Metals.
The CFO is the financial steward and strategic partner to the senior management team. This position requires a dynamic individual with demonstrated commercial acumen to lead the financial aspects of an expanding organisation initially focussed in the Croydon region and developing Jubilee Metals greenfield opportunities
Jubilee Metals will have the financial capability to sustain high levels of investment in it. The company is passionate about identifying, pursuing and capturing value through its Croydon Gold Project and the transition to operations. Financial management excellence underpins the company's critical success factors.
Key Performance Indicators
▪ Establishment of robust financial, contracts and procurement management systems and processes
▪ Development of Jubilee Metals budget, cash flow, Profit & Loss,
▪ Timely and accurate capture of costs and revenues and analysis and advice
▪ Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance through JML's financial activities
▪ Minimum requirement of financial reporting experience with demonstrated competency in regulatory compliance
▪ Positive feedback and relationship alignment with internal and external stakeholders
▪ Minimum 8-12 years of CFO or equivalent with financial leadership experience required
▪ Bachelor's degree minimum educational qualification required
▪ Bachelor's degree accepted from any field of Finance/Commerce or Accounting
▪ Australian work rights required at time of application
