MSS Security is currently seeking part-time Retail Security Officers to support operations at Stockland, Birtinya. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, retailers, and visitors by delivering professional customer service, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with site procedures and company protocols.
- Foot patrols, monitor and use of CCTV and radio communications systems
- Respond to incidents and perform fire warden duties
- Liaise with police and emergency response services
- Escort staff and customers where required
- Perform concierge duties
- Maintain logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork
- Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
Skills & Experience
- Current QLD Security Licence - unarmed, crowd control and monitoring
- Completed a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current open driver license
- Working rights in Australia
- Intermediate computer skills
