About the role:

The Financial Manager will be involved with financial operations, ensuring compliance, accountability, and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit preparation.
• Support and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow, and project-based financial tracking.
• Support financial modelling and scenario planning for future growth.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align financial decisions with service delivery goals.

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with experience in the NFP, community services, or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial governance, compliance, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a resource-conscious environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with grant funding, donor reporting, or government contracts is highly regarded.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical financial leadership.
