This very active and growing Real Estate investment group are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Property Accountant to join their team due to current and future forecasted growth.

Reporting to an experienced Finance Manager who would be a great mentor to a willing learner, this role will work closely with the team in all areas of property accounting and finance. It’s essential you want to learn and be willing to help the team in any way you can.

The role will be across the AP & AR processes of which you will own and that are automated. To help you further develop your skills and understanding within the sector, you will be assisting the FM and Senior Acct with the budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and month end (journals & recs), management and investor reporting while the role will also see you involved with process improvement and system projects.

Experience within the property space would be advantageous however not essential. An interest and enthusiasm about the commercial property space would be preferrable.
