🧩 What You’ll Do
Concierge duties:
Welcome residents, visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth
Provide information about services, activities, and the local community
Assist with bookings, resident accounts, and general administration
Maintain an immaculate front-of-house and a positive first impression of Goodwin
Support with events, meetings, and general office coordination
Workforce planning duties:
Support the Senior Administration Coordinator with roster creation and updates
Respond to unplanned staffing changes efficiently and with care
Liaise with employees about rosters, leave, and scheduling queries
Ensure accurate data entry, timekeeping, and compliance with site budgets
Collaborate closely with the payroll team and residential care leadership
💼 What You’ll Bring
2+ years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong computer and database management abilities
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
A caring, respectful, and professional approach to residents and colleagues
Desirable:
Experience in rostering or workforce planning
Background in aged care or hospitality
Certificate in Business Administration or related field
