The Opportunity
You’ll kick off on a $50m, 9-storey beachfront project in Coolangatta, currently in the final stages.
Once wrapped up, you’ll roll onto a $150m high-rise in Surfers Paradise that’s just getting out of the ground.
This is a great team for someone who wants long-term work across the GC, variety across projects, and a stable team that delivers quality builds without the ego.

This builder/developer has been delivering standout multi-res projects across the Gold Coast for decades. They’ve got a reputation for quality, straightforward leadership, and keeping good people busy. You’ll be joining a tight-knit crew with plenty of work ahead.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the finishing trades on site
• Managing façade, services, plasterboard, etc. packages
• Keeping quality and safety on point
• Coordinating trades and driving the program
• Reporting into the Site and Project Managers

What You Bring

• Strong experience across finishes and façade packages on high-rise jobs
• Solid understanding of services and sequencing
• QBCC licence (ideal but not a deal-breaker)
