Your new role

This role plays a vital part in delivering the company's high-quality outdoor construction projects, with a focus on hardscape works such as concrete, paving and retaining walls. As a Landscape Labourer, you'll work closely with qualified tradespeople and supervisors to prepare, construct and finish landscape structures that form the foundation of each project. Your day-to-day tasks will include site preparation, material handling, mixing and pouring concrete, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with installation of paving and retaining systems. This position contributes directly to the company's reputation for precision workmanship and reliability, ensuring every project is completed to specification and on schedule. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll play a hands-on role in transforming designs into durable, visually impressive outdoor spaces for a range of valued clients.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in landscape construction, particularly in concrete, paving and retaining walls is highly advantageous
• Strong practical understanding of hand and power tools used in hardscape work
• Ability to read and follow site plans and supervisor instructions accurately
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor labour in varied weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and site cleanliness
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport to reach job sites
• White Card and any relevant tickets or licences (e.g. skid steer, excavator) highly regarded
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed
